Corrections Policy

We would rather hear about a mistake than have a reader learn from it. This page explains how to report one and what happens next.

Reporting

Use the contact page or email hello@forexbrokers101.com with the page address and what is wrong. Reports from providers about their own profiles are welcome and handled the same way as any other.

Provider data

A reported error in a broker or prop-firm figure is checked against the provider's published terms or the relevant register and corrected on the next build, normally within a few days. The shared database is corrected at the same time so the error does not recur across sites.

Educational content

An error of fact in a lesson or guide is corrected as soon as it is confirmed. A disagreement about emphasis or method is considered on its merits; where the standard practice is contested we say so rather than pick a side.

Material corrections

Where a correction changes something a reader might have relied on, such as a regulatory status, a fee, a rule or a calculation, the page's updated date reflects it and, where the change is significant, a note on the page says what changed.
